【摘要】 目的:了解云南农村育龄妇女围孕期风险因素的暴露情况,为开展孕前优生健康检查提供信息支持。方法:采用问卷调查由经过统一培训的调查员逐户入户对8765例育龄妇女进行调查,共回收有效问卷8663份。结果:围孕期育龄妇女暴露风险因素比例最多的是非计划怀孕、被动吸烟、偏食,分别占44.8%、44.5%、41.0%。30.8%的妇女居住的室内进行过新装修或购置了新家具。近1/4的妇女长时间看电视/熬夜、接触电离辐射、接触猫狗。有一部分妇女仍然素食、食用生肉或未煮熟的肉类食物、喝咖啡/浓茶、接触有害化学物质等可引起不良妊娠结局的风险因素。结论:农村育龄妇女围孕期暴露于对怀孕有不良影响的风险因素比例较高,应加强孕前-围孕期健康教育与健康促进,促使育龄人群改变不良行为,消除或减少影响妊娠的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the exposure status of risk factors of rural women of childbearing age during periconception period in Yunnan,provide a informational support for carrying out prenatal examination.Methods:Questionnaires were used to survey 8 765 rural women of childbearing age by investigators,8 663 copies of the questionnaires were obtained.Results:The proportions of unintended pregnancy,passive smoking and unbalanced diet among the women of childbearing age during periconception period were 44.8%,44.5% and 41.0%,respectively.30.8% of the women lived in recently renovated houses or with new furniture.25% of the women watched TV for a long time or stayed up all night,contacted ionizing radiation and cats/dogs.Partial women chose vegetarian diet,ate raw meat or undercooked meat,drank coffer or strong tea,contacted toxic substances,which are risk factors of inducing adverse pregnancy outcomes.Conclusion:The proportion of rural women of childbearing age during periconception period exposed to adverse effect factors is high.Enhancing health education and health promotion during progestational and periconception period,changing adverse behaviors of the women of childbearing age may relieve and reduce the risk factors of pregnancy.更多还原
