【摘要】 目的:通过检测不孕妇女外周血NK细胞的水平,探讨NK细胞水平与不孕妇女支原体感染是否存在一定的相关性。方法:根据支原体培养结果,将病例分为支原体阳性组(44例)与支原体阴性组(41例),采用流式细胞仪分别检测两组外周血NK细胞的水平。结果:支原体阳性组与支原体阴性组比较,NK细胞的表达有统计学差异(P=0.001;OR=1.106)。结论:生殖道支原体感染可引起外周血NK细胞水平的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study whether there are some relationships between the genital mycoplasma infection of women infertility and the NK cell level by detecting the percents of peripheral blood NK cell.Methods:According to the mycoplasm culture results,the cases were divided into mycoplasma positive group and mycoplasma negative group The level of peripheral blood NK cell was detected by flow cytometer in the two groups.Results:There was significant difference(P=0.001;OR=1.106) in the level of peripheral blood NK cell between mycoplasma positive group and mycoplasma negative group.Conclusion:The genital mycoplasma infection can cause the raise of the level of peripheral blood NK cell.更多还原
