STOP问卷在筛查阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征中的应用
Application of the STOP questionnaire in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome screening
【摘要】 目的评估对中国被试者使用STOP问卷筛查阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的准确性。方法通过比较华西医院睡眠医学中心400例门诊患者的STOP问卷和多导睡眠图(PSG)检查结果,计算STOP问卷的敏感性及特异性,以评估其使用的准确性。结果以PSG为金标准,计算STOP问卷的敏感性、特异性分别为82.5%、72.4%。结论研究表明,STOP问卷对中国被试者筛查OSAHS具有较高的敏感性及特异性,推荐使用。
【Abstract】 Objective To assess the accuracy of the STOP questionnaire in the screening of obstructive sleep apnea (OSAHS) among Chinese subjects. Methods To calculate the sensitivity and specificity to reflect the accuracy, through the comparison of the data obtained via polysomnography(PSG)and STOP questionnaire. 400 subjects were studied at the Sleep Medicine Center of West China Hospital. Results Based on the diagnosis via PSG, sensitivity and specificity via STOP questionnaire were 82.5% and 72.4%, respectively. Conclusion STOP questionnaire appears to be a useful tool to screen OSAHS patients among Chinese subjects, with relatively high sensitivity and specificity.
