【摘要】 目的探讨ICU内医护人员的手机与ICU院内感染的相关性。方法将30例入住ICU患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组使用手机,对手卫生后手表面、三通使用4h后、入住ICU48h采集呼吸道分泌物和血液进行细菌培养,研究组增加手机表面和使用手机后手表面细菌培养。结果两组在手卫生后、呼吸道分泌物培养方面无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组在三通、血液、手机表面、使用手机后手表面细菌培养有显著性差异(P(0.01)。手机表面、使用手机后手表面及三通培养分离出细菌的优势菌符合率为50%。结论 ICU内医护人员的手机是重要感染源,手是致病菌传播的主要媒介,应加强手卫生管理,禁止使用手机。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of the correlation between the health care providers’ mobile phone and the infection in the ICU.Methods The 30 cases of patients were divided randomly into the study group and the control group.In the control group used the mobile phone and stayed in the ICUfor48 h to be collected their respiratory secretions and cultured the bacterium in blood after hands cleared and used ventilation for 4 h.In the study group cultured the bacteriumon the surface of the mobile phone and the surface of hands after using the phone.Results There was no statistically significance in the culture of respiratory secretions after clearing the hands in the two groups(P>0.05);there was significant difference in culture of bacterium on the surface of hands after ventilation,blood and using the mobile phone(P<0.01).The compliance rate of dominant bacteria which was separated through the surface of mobile phone,surface of hands and ventilation was 50%.Conclusion In the ICU health care providers’ mobile phones were serve source of infection and their hands were the main vehicle causing the spread of pathogens.It was necessary of managing the hand hygiene and prohibiting the use of mobile phone.更多还原
