【摘要】 目的通过检测基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metallopro-teinases,MMP-9)和嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,EOS)在鼻腔黏膜的表达水平,探讨烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后疗效的影响。方法对45例接受鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,随机分为实验组(24例)和对照组(21例)。实验组为MEBT/MEBO组,对照组为空白组,分别应用免疫组织化学和苏木精-伊红染色方法检测慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者术后2周术腔黏膜组织中的MMP-9和EOS的表达。结果对照组术腔黏膜组织中EOS的表达水平显著高于实验组,MMP-9免疫阳性细胞数及着色强度均高于实验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0 5)。结论 烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)应用于慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后创面处理,能够明显加速术腔上皮化,可能与通过抑制MMP-9降低EOS在鼻黏膜局部的浸润有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of MEBT/MEBO on the healing of mucosa wounds after endoscopic sinus surgery through detecting expression of metrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and eosinophil(EOS).Methods 45 cases with chronic sinusitis receiving endoscopic sinuous surgery were randomly divided into two groups,MEBT and vaseline gauze were applied to the surgical mucosa wounds in the experimental group(n=24) and the control group(n=21) respectively.The expression of MMP-9 and EOS in both groups was detected with immunohistochemical method and HE staining respectively 2 weeks after surgery.Results The HE staining showed that the EOS number of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group while the immunohistochemical detection showed that the number and intensity of MMP-9 positively stained cells in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of MEBT to the surgical wounds after endoscopic sinus surgery can promote the epithelization process in the mucosa wounds through a possible mechanism of inhibiting the expression of MMP-9 and reducing the number of EOS in the mucosa.更多还原
