【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对老年高血压合并糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的诊断价值。方法选择2009年6月～2011年5月在我院治疗的高血压患者120例,依据患者是否患有糖尿病分为观察1组(高血压合并糖尿病组)和观察2组(单纯高血压组),另选择同时期到我院进行体格检查的60例正常老年人作为对照组。比较三组患者颈动脉斑块形成情况及各项血流动力学指数。结果三组患者颈动脉血管正常例数、单支异常例数、多支异常例数比较,差异均有统计学意义;三组颈动脉血流动力学各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压合并糖尿病的老年患者颈动脉粥样斑块形成的几率会比正常老年患者大大增加,应用彩超检查对该病进行诊断可以为临床治疗提供比较准确的数据,对患者的病情评价有很大帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus.Methods From June 2009 to May 2011,120 cases of hypertension patients based on whether suffering from diabetes were divided into groups 1(hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus)and group 2(simple hypertension).Choose the same period 60 cases of normal elderly people as control group.To compared carotid artery plaque formation and the hemodynamic indices among three groups.Results Three groups of carotid artery in patients with normal number,the number of single exception number,exception were all significant different.Three groups of carotid artery hemodynamic indices in the comparative were different too(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus in elderly patients with carotid artery atherosclerotic plaque formation probability than normal elderly patients increased significantly,and application of color doppler ultrasound examination in diagnosis of the disease can provide more accurate data for clinical treatment,to help the condition evaluation in patients with a lot.更多还原
