【摘要】 目的探讨国产鱼肝油酸钠自制成泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法选择我院39例(52条患肢)下肢静脉曲张的患者,在DSA引导下,曲张静脉注射自制鱼肝油酸钠泡沫硬化剂,观察下肢曲张静脉的闭合情况。结果 52条患肢在DSA引导下均成功注射泡沫硬化剂,平均每条患肢应用5.5mL(3.0～8.0mL)泡沫硬化剂。47条患肢(90%)下肢静脉治疗后即刻可见血流消失。3个月后随访血管超声示:49条患肢(95%)曲张静脉闭塞,无严重并发症发生。结论 DSA引导下鱼肝油酸钠自制成泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果满意,是微创治疗下肢静脉曲张的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of lower extremity varices treated with foam sclerosants produced extemporarily from sodium morrhuate.Methods All of 39 cases(52 lower limbs)with lower extremity varices treated using sodium morrhuate foam sclerosants under DSA-guided were assessed to observed the occlusion of the saphenous veins in the following 3 months.Results The procedure was technically successful in all 52 patients.Foam sclerosant doses ranged from 3.4mLto 8.2mL per patient,with an average dose of 5.9 mL.47limbs(90%)showed the instantly vanish.49 varical limbs(95%)showed occlusion with vascular ultrasound during the next 3 month follow-up and there was no serious complication taken palace.Conclusion The clinical effect of fluoroscopy-guided foam sclerotherapy of lower extremity varices with sodium morrhuate was satisfactory.The method could be a new micro-trauma treament approach for this disease.更多还原
