【摘要】 目的探讨经直肠超声引导下10点前列腺穿刺活检术的临床应用价值。方法分析178例超声引导下经直肠10点前列腺穿刺活检患者的临床资料。结果本组178例中穿刺成功率100%,前列腺癌65例(36.5%),良性前列腺增生104例(58.5%),不典型增生4例(2.2%),炎症3例(1.7%),上皮内瘤2例(1.1%)。肛门滴血10例(5.6%),血尿7例(3.9%)。结论超声引导下经直肠10点前列腺穿刺活检术是一种安全、有效的诊断方法,有助于提高前列腺癌的早期诊断及前列腺疾病的鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy 10 clinical value.Methods We analyzed 178 cases of ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy 10 patients with clinical data.Results The group of 178 cases,100 percent success rate,prostate cancer,65 patients(36.5%),benign prostatic hyperplasia 104 cases(58.5%),atypical hyperplasia in 4 cases(2.2%),inflammation in 3 cases(1.7%),epithelial within the tumor in 2 cases(1.1%).Anal bleeding in 10 patients(5.6%),hematuria in 7 patients(3.9%).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided transrectal prostate biopsy 10 is a safe and effective diagnostic method to help improve the early diagnosis of prostate cancer and prostate disease in the differential diagnosis.更多还原
