【摘要】 目的评价交锁钉与钢板内固定治疗股骨干骨折的疗效。方法回顾分析2008年3月～2010年8月收治的73例股骨干骨折患者,其中采用交锁钉内固定治疗35例,钢板内固定治疗38例,分别从术中情况和骨折愈合时间对两组进行分析比较。结果交锁钉内固定组和钢板内固定组切口长度、手术时间、术中失血量、骨折愈合时间有明显差异(P<0.05),即两组相比,交锁钉内固定组切口短,术中失血量少,骨折愈合时间短,但手术时间长。结论治疗股骨干骨折交锁钉内固定优于钢板内固定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of interlocking nails and the plates treated with femoral shaft fractures.Methods All 73 cases were treated from March 2008 to August 2010.There were 35 cases of the treatment with interlocking nails internal fixation.38 patients were treated with the plates.Two groups were compared circumstances of operation and bone fracture healing time.Results The differences of the cut length,operative time,blood loss,fracture healing time between interlocking nails internal fixation and the plates internal fixation were significant(P<0.05).The two groups were compared,interlocking nails had shorter cut length,fewer bloods loss and shorter bone fracture healing time,but longer operative time.Conclusion The effect of femoral shaft fractures treated with interlocking nails internal fixation is better than the plates.更多还原
