【摘要】 目的探讨克林澳(马来酸桂哌齐特)联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择我院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者168例作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组单用克林澳,治疗组使用克林澳联合依达拉奉治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分和欧洲脑卒中评分量表(ESS)评分。结果两组患者治疗后临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分和ESS评分的差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论克林澳联合依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,能显著改善患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of cinepazide maleate-edaravone combination on acute brain infarction.Methods One hundred and sixty eight patients with acute brain infarction in the department of neurology of our hospital were enrolled into the study and randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated with the cinepazide maleate,the patients in treatment group were treated with cinepazide maleate-edaravone combination.The clinical efficacy、neurologic impairment scores and the scores of European Stroke Scale of two groups were compared.Results Compared with those before treatment,there were significant differences in the clinical efficacy、neurologic impairment scores and the scores of European Stroke Scale between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Cinepazide maleate-edaravone combination is safe and effeetive to impprove the neurological function and the ability of dailyliving for acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
