【摘要】 目的探讨自制含漱液对同期放化疗鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎的影响。方法 66例同期放化疗鼻咽癌患者随机分为对照组(35例)和实验组(31例)。实验组预防性予自制含漱液(苯海拉明+利多卡因+生理盐水)含漱;对照组用生理盐水含漱。口腔黏膜炎的诊断参考RTOG毒性反应标准。结果放疗至30Gy时,实验组14例发生口腔黏膜炎,2例为重度黏膜炎,对照组24例口腔黏膜炎,5例为重度黏膜炎(P=0.137)。剂量>30Gy至放疗结束时,实验组22例口腔黏膜炎,6例为重度黏膜炎,对照组32例口腔黏膜炎,18例为重度黏膜炎(P=0.012)。结论自制含漱液可用于防治放疗后发生放射性口腔黏膜炎,降低发生率,减轻黏膜炎严重程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of gargle(Diphenhydramine+Lidocaine+NS) for prevention and treatment of radioactive oral mucositis for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods 66 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received concurrent chemoradiotherapy were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group(31 cases) and control group(35 cases).Patients in treatment group used gargle(Diphenhydramine+Lidocaine+NS) 7 times per day,till finishing radiotherapy.Patients in control group used natural sodium(NS).Mucositis were diagnosed and evaluated according to the RTOG toxicity criteria.Results When doses up to 30 Gy,of the 31 patients in treatment group,14 developed mucositis(2 were severe mucositis),while 24 patients in control group developed mucositis(5 were severe mucositis).There were significant differences between two groups(P=0.137).When finishing radiotherapy,there were 22 patients in treatment group developed mucositis(6 were severe mucositis),while 32 cases in control group(18 were severe mucositis),differences were significant(P=0.012).Conclusion Using gargle after radiotherapy is effective to prevent and treat acute radioactive oral mucositis for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.更多还原
