【摘要】 目的观察膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBt)的同时行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的临床疗效和肿瘤复发率。方法 91例膀胱肿瘤合并前列腺增生患者,A组49例同期行TURBt和TURP手术治疗,B组42例行TURBt手术,对其术前术后指标进行统计分析。结果 A组1～3个月复查,IPSS、Qmax、PRV均较术前改善,6～36个月随访,7例膀胱内复发,无尿道、前列腺窝转移。B组42例,1～3个月复查,IPSS、Qmax、PRV均较术前无明显改善。6～36个月随访,膀胱内肿瘤复发6例,前列腺窝转移1例。结论同期行TURBt及TURP,可以解除排尿不畅,减少膀胱肿瘤诱发因素,增加憋尿时间,保证化疗效果,无增加前列腺窝及尿道的肿瘤种植风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and recurrences at the prostate urethra of simultaneous transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT) with benign prostatic hyperplasia(TURP).Methods Ninty-one cases patients with bladder tumor with denign prostate hyperplasia were devided into group A and group B,in group A 49 cases patients who had undergone simultaneous TURBT and TURP;in group B,42 patients who had undergone TURP only,all patients were follow-up for 36 months.An analysis on recurrences,IPSS,Qmax and PRV was made.Result The IPSS symptom score,Qmax and PRV was improved significantly after operation compared with pre-operation in the patients of group A,but no significantly difference in the group B.During the follow-up of 36 months,7 cases patients developed recurrence in bladder in group A,and 6 cases in bladder,only 1 recurrence in the prostatic urethra in group B.Conclusion According to our results,simultaneous transurethral TURP and TURBT can be saftely performed without increasing the risk of tumor recurrence in the prostatic urethra.更多还原
