【摘要】 目的了解高考体检学生对预防近视知识的认知及行为情况,以探讨如何降低近视眼的发生率、减轻近视程度、促进青少年的健康成长,同时查找健康教育中的薄弱环节,为制定健康教育策略提供依据。方法采用无记名问卷调查法,对嵊州市476名高考体检学生进行调查。结果高考体检学生对预防近视的认知、行为正确率较低。结论应根据青少年的特点,制定适合青少年的教育措施,加强系统性、完整性的预防知识的教育,培养正确的观念和生活方式。加强健康教育,提高知晓率和预防意识,开展行为干预,纠正不良行为,以降低近视患病率,减缓或控制近视加深。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To recognize the present situations of national college entrance exam candidate students’ awareness and behavior of myopia prevention,then to determine the weakness of health education,so as to investigate how to decrease the high rates of myopia.Methods We made a questionnaire survey randomly on 500 high school candidate students of 2010 national college entrance on the awareness and behavior of myopia prevention.Results The surveyed students had poor knowledge of how to prevent myopia and lack of good habits for eye health.Conclusion Educational initiatives of myopia prevention for students should be developed systematically and completely to effectively decrease the prevalence of myopia,mitigate and eventually control its progression.更多还原
