【摘要】 目的探讨抑郁障碍患者儿童期不良经历与事件相关电位P300之间的相关性。方法 342例中国汉族抑郁症患者,收集一般人口学资料,儿童期不良家庭环境调查表及事件相关电位P300。结果①在抑郁障碍患者中,儿童期不良经历发生率较高;在P300测试结果中性虐待组N1波幅高于其他组别;家庭暴力组的P2潜伏期,P3a潜伏期和P3b潜伏期高于其他组别;②在抑郁症患者母子关系得分和P300关系的统计结果中,母子关系得分与P3b潜伏期Pearson相关系数0.896,父子关系得分与P3a潜伏期Pearson相关系数0.905,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论①抑郁症患者中,儿童期不良经历发生率较高。②抑郁障碍患者中儿童期不良经历与P300存在着相关性,作为抑郁障碍有效的检测手段,对P300有着进一步研究的必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship of adverse childhood experience among depressive disorders and P300 detection.Methods There were 342 patients with depressive disorders in China.Generally demographic information,adverse childhood experience information and P300 detection results were collected.Results ① The prevalence of adverse childhood experience was relevantly high among patients with depressive disorders;The results of P300 detection showed,the average N1 amplitude of sexual abuse group is higher than other groups;the P2 latent,P2a latent and P3b latent of domestic violence group were higher than other groups;② The Statistical results of parents-and-sons relationship scoring of depressive disorders and P300 detection showed that there was significant difference in distributions between Pearson Correlation Coefficient of mother-and-son relationship scoring and P3b latent,and Pearson Correlation Coefficient of father-and-son relationship scoring and P3a latent.(P<0.05).Conclusion ①The prevalence of adverse childhood experience was relevantly higher among patients with depressive disorders;② There is relationship between adverse childhood experience among depressive disorders and P300 detection results.As an important way of detection,P300 detection deserves our further study.更多还原
