【摘要】 目的总结脐部"Z"形切口在小儿腹腔镜手术中的作用。方法回顾性分析16例自脐"Z"形切口置单孔腹腔镜逆行切除阑尾和6例两孔法腹腔镜经脐孔"Z"形切口切除美克尔憩室病例资料。结果 11例行单孔法腹腔镜逆行阑尾切除术获得成功,5例术后脐部感染。美克尔憩室6例均顺利完成经脐"Z"形切口腹腔镜辅助手术,无中转开腹手术。结论经脐"Z"形切口腹腔镜辅助手术安全可行,具有微创化、创伤小、痛苦少、康复快、隐蔽性及美容效果好等特点,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the effect of intraumbilical"Z" incision in children’s laparoscopic operation.Methods Retrospective analysis of the Meckel’s diverticulum was performed resection through the intraumbilical "Z" incision under a laparoscope in 6 children,and through the intraumbilical"Z" incision finished laparoscopic retrograde appendectomy in 16 children,from June to August in 2010.Results 11 cases(appendectomy) were operated successfully,3 cases were converted to two-pots,1 case was converted to laparotomy,5 cases had postoperative umbilical infection.6 cases(Meckel’s diverticulum) were completed successfully without conversion to open surgery,1 case had postoperative umbilical infection.Conclusion The laparoscopy-assisted openration through the intraumbilical "Z" incision is safe and feasible for children,with the characteristics of less wound,less pain,faster rescovery and good concealment and cosmetic result.更多还原
