【Abstract】 Be based on analysis of the significance of land planning,this paper discusses that promoting the strategy,foundation,and comprehensiveness of land planning should be through long-term planning and macro deployment,as well as playing the basic functions of land resources,and the carrier function of land.This paper finally suggests that operational planning and implementation system,which will play the guidance and constraint functions of land planning,should be established by determining the feasible planning objectives,target system and reasonable spatial layout plan.更多还原
