一种新型燃气泄漏定位仪的设计
Design of a Novel Locater for Fuel-gas Pipe Leak
【摘要】 针对燃气管网泄漏点的高精度定位问题,运用嵌入式系统和模糊计算技术设计了一种新型燃气泄漏定位仪。以嵌入式微处理器MC68HC812为核心设计了检测仪硬件子系统;基于模糊计算技术设计了检测仪的软件子系统,并基于C代码进行了编程实现。检测仪整体结构遵循构件化设计思想,综合考虑泄漏燃气的浓度和浓度变化率2个因素,充分利用工程实践经验进行泄漏点的定位判断。分析表明,该新型定位仪的平均定位精度较传统的定位装置提高了13.61%,同时显著缩短了定位时间,设计方案科学实用,应用前景广阔。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem of high accuracy location for fuel gas pipe leak,a novel design proposal was presented.In the locater,the hardware subsystem was designed based on embedded microprocessor MC68HC812 detector as the core.The software was designed based on fuzzy computing technology and C language programming.In design process,the component-based design thought was adopt,the gas concentration and its rate are detected.make full use of engineering practice to determine the leak location experiment results show that the average locating accuracy was better,the amount of elevation is 13.61%,and the location time was shot.The design proposal was science and useful,and it has wide prospect.
