活性石灰煅烧模糊控制系统研究

【摘要】 活性石灰的煅烧是钢铁生产的重要部分。文中以活性石灰煅烧控制系统为研究对象,基于模糊控制理论,参照已有的操作经验,对输入输出参数模糊化处理,制定模糊控制规则,最后再解模糊化,从而建立活性石灰煅烧系统控制模型。实际控制平台由组态软件和SQL数据库组成,数据库中存放输入输出数据,组态软件中编写模糊控制语句,实现系统的模糊控制。实践表明,将该模糊控制系统用于某钢铁厂的活性石灰煅烧系统,有效地提高了活性石灰煅烧质量和效率。

【Abstract】 The active lime calcining is an important part in steel production.In this paper,referring to existing operational experience,based on fuzzy control theory the active lime calcining system was taken as the study object,input and output parameters was fuzzed and fuzzy control rules was given,with defuzzication the control model for active lime calcining system was constructed.The practical control platform is made up by configuration software and SQL database,input and output data are stored in the database,fuzzy control statements are programmed under configuration software,then fuzzy control for the system is realized.Practice shows that,if this fuzzy system is used in the active lime calcining system in the steel factory,it can improve the quality and efficiency of activity of calcined lime.
