气固两相流电容相关流量测量仿真研究
Simulation Study of Capacitance Correlation Flow Volume Measurement of Gas-solid flow
【摘要】 以气/固两相流互相关测量系统为研究对象,采用计算机仿真的方法,对由电容传感器构成的基于离散相浓度的电容互相关流速测量机理进行研究。利用ANASYS软件分析电容传感器与离散相浓度的关系;采用Monte-Carlo方法,建立气/固两相流动模型;研究"凝固流动图型"、"非凝固流动图型",离散相浓度、粒度及速度分布对互相关测量系统的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper takes the gas/solid two-phase flow cross-correlation measurement system as the research object, and adoptes the method of computer simulation, reserches the measuring mechanism ofcapacitance-cross-co-rrelation velocity consisted by capacitance sensor on the base of the discrete phase concentration. The relationship between capacitance sensor and the discrete phase concentration is analysed by using ANASYS. By using Monte-Carlo method, the gas/solid two-phase flow model is established; and this paper also makes research on the influence which "solidified flow chart-type", "non-solidified flow chart-type" and the distribution of discrete phase concentration, particle size and velocity have on cross-correlation measurement system.
