滚动轴承振动数据采集系统的设计
Design of Rolling Bearing Vibration Data Acquisition System
【摘要】 为了提高滚动轴承检测系统的稳定性和降低检测系统的成本,设计出一种基于ARM+DSP的滚动轴承振动数据采集系统,该系统利用DSP强大快速的信号处理能力和ARM的控制和显示功能,实现滚动轴承振动数据的采集,为滚动轴承的检测和故障诊断提供坚实的基础。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the stability of the rolling bearing detection system and reduce the cost of detection system,a rolling bearing vibration data acquisition system based on the ARM + DSP is designed.This system using DSP powerful rapid signal processing capacity and ARM control and display function,to achieve the rolling bearing vibration data collection.It provides a solid foundation for the detection and fault dagnosis of rolling bearings.
