电极配置对悬臂梁压电振子发电能力的影响

【摘要】 研究了带末端质量块的悬臂梁压电振子多模态振动时的应变分布特点,针对压电陶瓷表面电极配置对压电振子输出电压的影响关系进行压电一电路耦合有限元分析,并建立悬臂梁压电振子发电测试系统,对工作在一阶和二阶谐振频率附近处的压电振子分段电极和连续电极输出功率进行对比分析。研究结果表明,一阶谐振时分段电极的峰值输出功率与连续电极相接近,二阶谐振时分段电极的峰值输出功率增加了900%。相比于连续电极配置法,分段电极配置法可有效提高压电振子在高频振动时的发电能力。

【Abstract】 The strain distribution characteristic of a piezoelectric cantilever with a tip mass in multimode vibration was studied here.The effect of the location of electrode pairs on the output voltage of the piezoelectric cantilever was analyzed using the finite element method piezoelectric-circuit with coupled.In order to measure the electricity-generating capacity of the piezoelectric cantilever,using the configuration with the segmented electrodes and the continuous electrode of the cantilever around the 1 st and 2nd resonant frequencies,a test measuring system was established,and the amplitudes of the output power were compared.The results showed that the output power of the segmented electrodes is close to that of the continuous electrode at the first vibration mode,but the peak output power of the segmented electrodes increases about 900%at the second vibration mode;compared with the continuous electrode configuration,the segmented electrodes configuration can effectively raise the electricity-generating capacity of a piezoelectric cantilever in higher frequency vibration.
