【摘要】 目的研究蛇鳞草Pronephrium triphyllum的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从蛇鳞草中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(2S,4R)-4′-methoxy-8-methyl-[(4,2″)(11,2′′′)]-dioxidoflavan-5,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(蛇鳞草苷A,1)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(2)、三羽新月蕨苷A(3)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为蛇鳞草苷A。化合物2和4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,除化合物3外,其余化合物均首次从该植物中得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents in herb of Pronephrium triphyllum.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as(2S,4R)-4′-methoxy-8-methyl-[(4,2″)(11,2′′′)]-dioxidoflavan-5,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(shelincaoide A,1),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(2),triphyllin A(3),6,7-dihydroxycomnarin(4),daucosterol(5),and β-sitosterol(6),respectively.Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named shelincaoide A.Compounds 2 and 4 are firstly isolated from the plants of Pronephrium Presl.and all compounds except 3 are obtained from P.triphyllum for the first time.更多还原
