【摘要】 目的研究心脉隆注射液(美州大蠊)HPLC指纹图谱的测定方法。方法心脉隆注射液中有效成分利用强碱性阴离子交换树脂纯化,再利用反相高效液相色谱法分析,以尿嘧啶为参照物。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);柱温30℃;检测波长254 nm;分析时间15 min;体积流量0.8 mL/min。结果建立了心脉隆注射液指纹图谱,确定了12个共有峰,测定了10批心脉隆注射液,与共有模式间具有良好的相似性。结论建立的HPLC指纹图谱可以作为心脉隆注射液质量控制的重要依据之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To establish the determination of HPLC fingerprint of Xinmailong Injection(Periplanta americana linneus).METHODS The active components of Xinmailong Injection were purified by the use of strong base type anion exchange resin,and RP-HPLC method with uracil trails.Used with Agilent Venusil XBP-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm,column temperature maintained at 30 ℃,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min in the gradient elution mode.RESULTS Twelve copossessing peaks were selected as the fingerprints of Xinmailong Injection.There existed good similarities between the standard fingerprint and each liquid map of the ten different batches.CONCLUSION The proposed fingerprint can be used as the important evidences for the quality control of Xinmailong Injection.更多还原
