【摘要】 目的:探讨甲亢平消丸(生地黄、龟甲、夏枯草、柴胡、桔梗、郁金、川芎、玄参和甘草)对GD大鼠的一般情况及血清IL-2、IL-4的影响。方法:运用小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌尾静脉注射复制GD大鼠模型,并观察GD大鼠一般情况、组织形态学的改变及上调血清IL-2、下调IL-4的影响。结果:甲亢平消丸联合他巴唑可明显调整IL-2、IL-4水平。结论:中剂量甲亢平消丸(0.281 g/100 g体重)联合他巴唑对GD有治疗效果,优于高剂量(0.563 g/100 g体重)和低剂量(0.141 g/100 g体重)。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To discuss the influence of Jiakang Pingxiao Pill(Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis,Spica Prunellae,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Platycodi,Radix Curcumae Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Scrophulariae,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae) on GD rats’general condition and blood serum IL-2,IL-4 level.METHODS:The GD rats’model was set up by injecting enterocolitis Yeersenshi fungus into caudalvein,and then we observed the influence on GD rats’general condition,the change in its histomorphology and the level of blood serum IL-2 and IL-4.RESULTS:Jiakang Pingxiao Pill combined Tapazole group could obviously up-reg-ulate the IL-2 level and down-regulate IL-4 level.CONCLUSION:Middle dose(0.281 g/100 g body weight) of Jiakang Pingxiao Pill plus Tapazole is superior to high dose(0.563 g/100 g BW) and low dose(0.141 g/100 BW) in the treatment of rat Graves’ disease.更多还原
