【摘要】 目的了解梅毒血清固定患者抑郁情绪和评估其生活质量。方法入选已确诊的47例梅毒血清固定患者,在医患双方确信患者能准确理解调查内容后,由患者独自回答自评抑郁量表、抑郁状态问卷和皮肤病生活质量指数所包含问题的内容。结果 59.52%患者会产生抑郁情绪,28.57%可以产生重度抑郁情绪。血清固定对梅毒患者生活质量影响最显著的是人际关系,其次为工作和学习及休闲娱乐。结论梅毒血清固定患者易产生抑郁情绪,且对其生活质量产生深远的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the depressive mood of syphilitic patients with sero-resistence and evaluate their quality of life.Methods After doctors and patients have an assurance that the patients can comprehend the meanings of all the questions,47 syphilitic patients with sero-resistence answer the questions in Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)、Depression Status Inventory(DSI)and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)by themselves.Results 59.52% patients have depressive emotion,and 28.57% have a heavy degree of depression.Sero-resistence affects the quality of life of syphilitic patients,and the most notable influences in order of relationship,work and study,recreation and entertainment.Conclusion Syphilitic patients with sero-resistence may easily have a depressive emotion,and sero-resistence has far-reaching effects on the quality of life.更多还原
