【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育对皮肤科门诊患者的影响。方法将患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组接受正常的治疗以及皮肤病的常规护理,研究组在此基础上采取健康教育措施,对两组患者的复发次数及门诊治疗次数等治疗效果,以及按时检查、饮食控制、药物疗法和自我监测等方面的遵医率进行比较分析。结果与对照组相比,经健康教育的研究组患者在复发次数和门诊治疗次数等治疗效果评价指标上均明显减少,在按时检查、饮食控制、药物疗法以及自我监测等方面的遵医率均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育不仅可以促进皮肤科门诊患者的早日顺利康复,还能够有效地提高患者的生活质量,从而具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the application of health education in dermatosis patients.Methods The dermatosis patients were randomly divided into study group and control.The control group was given conventional treatment and skin care,while study groups given health education measures plus conventional treatment and skin care.Relapse frequency of two groups and treatment frequency of out-patient,and on time checks,diet control,drugs therapy,compliance rates of self-monitoring and other aspects were compared.Results Compared with control group,recurrence times and frequency of out-patient treatment evaluation indicators in the health education unit patients were significantly reduced,but in the time checks,diet control,drug therapy and self-monitoring of compliance aspects were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education not only promote the dermatosis patients early recovery,also improve the quality of patients’ life and has important clinical value.更多还原
