【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病与产前检查的相关性,印证孕期保健的重要性。方法回顾性分析90例妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床资料,比较定期产检组、不定期产检组、从不产检组的人群分布、妊娠期高血压疾病患病情况及母婴结局。结果从不产检组中的高龄、农村、消瘦患者多,不定期产检组中肥胖患者多(P<0.05)。从不产检组中并发症、新生儿窒息、早产的发生率高(P<0.05)。结论定期产检对改善妊娠期高血压疾病患者的母婴结局至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and prenatal visit, analyze the significance of prenatal health care. Methods 90 cases of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Women with regular prenatal visit were compared with those without regular or never prenatal visit with respect to population distribution, hypertensive disorders complication and mother-neonatal outcomes. Results The older, rural and atrophy women in never prenatal examination group were more than the others. The fat women in without regularly prenatal visit group were more than the others. Women of severe preeclampsia in without regularly or never prenatal visit group were more than those in regular prenatal visit group(P<0.05).The rates of complication, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress and premature delivery in never prenatal visit group were higher than that in the others(P<0.05). Conclusions Regular prenatal visit is important to improve maternal-fetal outcomes of women in hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.更多还原
