【摘要】 接受公平教育是每个公民应有的权利,也是建设和谐社会的重要途径。在影响教育公平的诸多因素中,教师是最具活力、也是影响最重要的因素。文章认为,转变教育理念,重新定位教师角色,尽可能地使每个学生接受适切的教育,对每个教师来讲都是非常必要的,并提出了教师在教育公平实践中的角色定位。更多还原
