高性能覆铜板用氰酸酯增韧研究进展
The progress of the improving toughness of the cyanate ester used in the laminate
【摘要】 氰酸酯是今年发展起来应用于高性能覆铜板的一种新型的高分子材料,它具有优异的耐热性,较低介电常数,低介电损耗,优异的耐湿热性等优异性能,文章对氰酸酯的增韧方法,机理及其在高性能覆铜板的应用进行了综述。
【Abstract】 cyanate ester was a kind of new polymer materials used in the laminate in recent years,which has well heat resistance,low dielectronic constant and low dielectronic loss and good moisture and heat resistance.Tish paper reviewed the progress of improving toughness and toughing mechanism of cyanate ester which was used in laminate with the high properties.
