构建高校健美操美育教学模式的思考
Aesthetic Education Model of Calisthenics in Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 随着高等教育由传递性教学向发现性教学的转变,高校健美操课单一技能传授教学模式的不足不断显现:学生学习主动性不够、课堂教学氛围及效果不理想、学生的运动兴趣和能力缺乏、体育教学的育人功能难以获得充分展现等。将美育融入健美操教学不仅能培养学生的审美情趣,而且对丰富健美操课堂教学内涵、优化健美操课堂教学效果、促进学生全面健康发展有重要意义。为此需要改革健美操教学模式,通过丰富教学内容,促进审美发现;运用多媒体辅助,强化直观审美;增加形体练习,促进美感体验;增加音乐欣赏,理解灵魂魅力;组织自评互评,提高并检测审美能力。
【Abstract】 With the global change from transference-based teaching to discovery-based teaching,the course of calisthenics in colleges and universities is bound to improve its teaching mode.The traditional skill-training model is not sufficient to accomplish the goal of physical education.It is suggested that aesthetic education should be integrated into the course of calisthenics,which will enrich the teaching content,optimize the teaching effect,and support the all-round development of college students.
