美国水产品质量分级研究及其对我国的启示
Quality grading of aquatic products in the United States and its implication for China
【摘要】 美国作为世界第3大水产品消费国,以《农业市场法》为基础制定了较为完善的水产品质量分级法规体系。对美国的水产品分级制度和体系进行研究,分析其分级管理机构、标准制定及实施情况,并与我国的水产品质量分级进行比对,提出了完善我国水产品质量分级制度的对策和建议。
【Abstract】 As the third aquatic products consumption country in the world,the United States has a well-established quality grading standard system of aquatic products which was studied in this paper. The administration of grading,the establishment and applying of grading standards in the United States were analyzed and compared with the ones in China. Also,the countermeasures and advice were proposed to improve the quality grading standard system of aquatic products in China.
