【摘要】 目的探讨影响维持性血液透析依从性的相关因素及预防对策。方法选择维持性血液透析治疗的130例患者作为研究对象,比较依从性及依从性不好患者在可能影响依从性因素上的差异。结果 130例患者中依从性好80例,依从性差70例,单因素分析中P<0.05的变量共9个,多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示出维持性血液透析依从性的4个独立相关因素:经济收入低(OR=3.85)、缺失家庭支持(OR=3.42)、认知行为不掌握(OR=2.97)、医患关系一般(OR=2.82)。结论引起维持性血液透析依从性因素复杂,应实施针对性干预对策提高维持性血液透析依从性。更多还原
