【摘要】 目的探讨应用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的方法及其优点。方法对我院2009年1月至2011年4月,246例使用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除的患者进行回顾性分析。患者年龄40～67岁,平均48.5岁,其中子宫肌瘤188例,子宫腺肌症44例,难治性功能性子宫出血1例宫内膜不典型增生13例,86例患者有盆腔手术史。结果全部病例均能一次完成手术。2例中转开放手术的病例均为既往有盆腔手术史并盆腔严重粘连的患者。术中发现膀胱穿孔1例,予腹腔镜下缝合修补膀胱。术后发生输尿管阴道瘘2例,均行输尿管镜下置双J管治愈。结论应用EREB电外科工作站进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术是一种安全、快捷的手术方式,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods and advantages of total laparoscopic hysterectomy(TLH) with EREB electrosurgery station.Methods 264 cases of TLH using EREB electrosurgery station were analyzed retrospectively.The average age of the patients was 48.5 years old(40～67).Of the 264 cases,188 cases had uterine myoma,44 cases had adenomyosis,1 case had refractory dysfunctional uterine bleeding,13 cases had atypical endometrial hyperplasia,86 cases had history of surgery on lower abdomen.Results Operations were completed successfully in all 246 cases.2 cases who had history of surgery on lower abdomen and severe pelvic adhesions were conversed to open surgery.1 case was found bladder perforation which was repaired by laparoscopic operation.2 cases who had ureteral-vagina fistula after surgery were cured by setting double-J tube with ureteroscope.Conclusion TLH with EREB electrosurgery Station is a safe,reliable procedure to remove uterus.更多还原
