【摘要】 目的观察止嗽立效丸的抗炎及免疫调节作用。方法用耳肿胀法和足趾肿胀法测量药物的抗炎作用,用溶血空斑法及中性粒细胞吞噬法测药物的免疫作用。结果止嗽立效九对耳肿胀及足趾肿胀致炎有抑制作用,并降低抗体产生细胞数,对淋巴细胞吞噬功能无明显影响。结论止嗽立效丸有抗炎及调节机体免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To abserve the effect of Zhisoulixiaowan on the anti-inflammation and regulating immunity of mice.Methods The anti-inflammtory action of drug was determined by ear and feet tumefaction.PFC test and phagocytosis of lymphocyte were determined.Results The inflammatory action caused by ear and feet tumefaction was inhibited and decrease the cell number producted by antibody,no effect on phagocytosis of lymphocyte.Conclusion Zhisoulixiaowan can regulate physical immunity and anti-inflammation.更多还原
