【摘要】 目的建立HPLC-ELSD测定健脾益气胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法选用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(5μm,200mm×5.0mm),流动相是乙腈-水(32∶68),流速为1.0mL/min,检测器漂移温度是40℃,载气为3.5mL/min。结果样品浓度在0.2~2.0μg/mL之间与峰面积成良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为97.32%,RSD为2.31%。结论本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可用于该制剂质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Jianpiyiqi capsules.Methods The HPLC-ELSD was manufactured by Hypersil Co;the chromatographic column was BDS C18(5μm,200×5.0mm);the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-methanol(32∶68) with flow rate of 1.0mL/min;the detection temperature was 40℃;the carrier gas was 3.5mL/min.Results Astragaloside Ⅳ showed good linearity(r=0.9997) in the range of 0.2-2.0μg/mL,(r=0.9996).The average absolute recovery was 97.32%,RSD=2.31%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and high sensitivity.It can be used for the quality control of this capsule.更多还原
