【摘要】 目的了解琥乙红霉素不良反应发生的情况和特点,为临床用药提供安全参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对近年来我省药物不良反应中心接收到的65例琥乙红霉素报告进行统计分析。结果 65例ADR中,以消化系统损害最为常见,其次是皮肤及附件系统损害。结论临床医师或药师应重视琥乙红霉素的不良反应,加强监测,合理规范使用抗生素,减少或避免ADR的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the characteristics and the situation of the adverse effects of erythromycin ethylsuccinate,provide security for clinical reference.Methods Retrospective analysis of adverse drug reactions in recent years,and use statistical analysis for 65 cases of erythromycin ethylsuccinate.Results 65 cases of ADR,the most common damage to the digestive system,followed by damage to the skin and the attachment system.Conclusion The clinical doctor or pharmacist should pay attention to adverse effects of erythromycin ethylsuccinate,strengthening monitoring,a reasonable standard use of antibiotics,to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.更多还原
