【摘要】 目的探讨大肠癌组织中p53及VEGF的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV-6000法检测57例大肠癌组织和10例大肠正常组织中p53及VEGF的表达情况。结果大肠癌组织中p53、VEGF的表达明显高于大肠正常组织(P<0.05);VEGF在大肠癌中的表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期有关(P<0.05);大肠癌中p53的表达与VEGF有明显相关性(P<0.01)。结论 p53能上调VEGF的表达,二者在大肠癌的发生、发展中起了重要的作用,可作为大肠癌预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of p53 and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma and its significance.Methods Expression of p53 and VEGF was observed in 57 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal colonrectal mucosa by PV-6000 immunohistochemical technique.Results The expression of p53 and VEGF in colonrectal cancer was greatly higher than that normal colonrectal mucosa(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF was related to different depth invasion,lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage in colorectal carcinoma(P<0.05).In colorectal carcinoma,the expression of p53 had obviously associated with VEGF expression(P<0.01).Conclusion p53 gene could upregulate the expression of VEGF.p53 and VEGF play an important role in occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma and serve as an indicator for evaluating prognosis of colorectal cancer.更多还原
