【摘要】 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子C表达与临床Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌患者40例作为实验组,健康人士40例作为对照组。采用用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组血管内皮生长因子-C水平。结果非小细胞肺癌患者VEGF-C水平显著高于健康人士,而且随着病情的进展,其表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论对NSCLC患者进行VEGF-C监测,可以为病情进展提供参考,值得临床进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship VEGF-C and lymph node movement of patients with NSCLC at Ⅰ stage.Methods 40 cases of patients with NSCLC at Ⅰ stage as observation group and 40 cases of healthy person as control group,were given detection of VEGF-C through ELISA.Results The VEGF-C in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and it raised significantly along with process of disease(P<0.05).Conclusion Monitoring of VEGF-C used in patients with NSCLC,can provide guidance for process of disease,it deserved study further.更多还原
