【摘要】 目的探讨三维适形放疗治疗鼻咽癌的疗效。方法选择自2007年收治的80例经病理检查证实的鼻咽癌患者随机分为三维适形放疗组(治疗组,40例)和二维放疗组(对照组,40例)进行疗效比较。结果治疗组1、3年的局控率为82.5%和70.0%,对照组分别为55%和45%,两组比较,1、3年局控率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组1、3年的生存你率分别为92.5%和82.5%;对照组分别为70.0%和60.0%。两组对照有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论三维适形放射治疗能提高肿瘤的局部控制率,提高1～3年生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapy effect of the three dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT)of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Choose 80 patients with confirmed pathologically nasopharyngeal carcinoma from 2007,treated with 3DCRT and control group received 2-DRT.Results The local control rates of the control group in 1 and 3 years were 55% and 45%,survival rate were 70.0%和60.0%.The local control rates of therapeutic group in 1 and 3 years were 82.5% and 70.0%.survival rate were 92.5%,and 82.5%.There were statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion 3DCRT can improve the dose and dose distribution of nasopharyngeal carcinoma target volume,and also the local control rate.Improve 1 year a 3-year survival rate.更多还原
