【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜联合射频等离子消融治疗并有鼻中隔偏曲变应性鼻炎的手术治疗方法及其疗效。方法对40例并有鼻中隔偏曲变应性鼻炎的患者,应用鼻中隔次全成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲,低温射频等离子对肥大鼻甲、鼻丘及鼻中隔前上方消融治疗。结果 40例患者均能在局麻下完成治疗,随访1年以上,该方法能矫正鼻中隔偏曲,有效的缩小肥大鼻甲,术后患者术后过敏症状消失,有效率达97.5%,无并发症发生。结论鼻内镜联合低温射频等离子消融治疗并有鼻中隔偏曲变应性鼻炎效果明显、创伤小、安全,有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the method and clinical result of nasal endoscopic surgery and temperature-controlled radio-frequency in treatment of the deviation of nasal septum with allergic rhinitis.Methods Forty cases who had the deviation of nasal septum with allergic rhinitis were treated by Sept times the angioplasty for deviation of nasal septum and by temperature-controlled radio-frequency for inferior turbinate,ridge of nose and the upper front of nasal septum.Result The observation of the 40 patients undergoing the local anesthesia operation for no less than 1 year postoperation showed that the technique could correct the deviation of nasal septum and reduce the inferior turbinate.The allergy symptoms disappeared and the effective rates were 97.5% with no complication.Conclusion The combination of nasal endoscopic surgery and temperature-controlled radio-frequency is an effective,safe and minimally invasive me thod for treating the deviation of nasal septum with hypertrophic inferior turbinate.更多还原
