【摘要】 目的探讨生精片治疗少弱精子症的疗效与安全性。方法 90例少弱精子症患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例,口服生精片;对照组45例,口服维生素C与维生素E。各组均在治疗3个月后评定疗效。结果临床疗效总有效率治疗组为91.8%,对照组为15.3%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗组精子密度及前向运动率明显增高。结论口服生精片治疗少弱精子症疗效显著,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Sheng Jing Pian in the treatment of Oligoasthenospermia.Methods 90 patients of Oligoasthenospermia were divided randomly into two groups,the treated group and the controlled group,both have 45 cases.The patients in the treated group took the Sheng Jing Pian,while those in the controlled group took vitamin C and vitamin E.All patients were carried out for 3 months.The results were evaluated after 3 months.Results The effective rate of the treated group is 91.8%,while that of the control group is 15.3%.Contrast with the two groups has significant difference for P<0.01.Sperm concentration and forward motility were significantly improved in the treated group.Conclusion Sheng更多还原
