【摘要】 目的探讨无创通气在重症哮喘治疗中的价值。方法选择重症哮喘48例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各24例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予经口鼻罩的双水平气道正压通气治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果对照组24例显效8例,好转5例,无效11例,有效率54.2%。观察组24例显效15例,好转6例,无效3例,有效率87.5%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创通气在重症哮喘治疗中有较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research into the value of non-invasive ventilation in treating severe asthma.Methods Select 48 patients of severe asthma,and divide them randomly into a comparison group and observation group,each consisting of 24 patients.Treat the comparison group with conventional treatment,while giving those in the observation group dual level air passages positive pressure ventilation through full face mask in addition to conventional treatment,and compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results Among the 24 cases in the comparison group,8 cases had distinctive effects,5 cases turned better,11 cases were ineffective,and the effective ratio was 54.2%.Among the 24 cases in the observation group,15 cases had distinctive effects,6 cases turned better,3 cases were ineffective,and the effective ratio was 87.5%.The difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive ventilation has good treatment effects on severe asthma.更多还原
