【摘要】 目的研究解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的方法及疗效。方法对广州市白云区人民医院2007年5月至2009年10月采用解剖型锁定钢板内固定治疗的68例股骨转子间骨折患者,进行随访调研。结果所有病例随访9～24个月,平均11个月,骨折全部愈合,关节功能恢复较为满意。结论解剖型锁定钢板内固定是治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法之一,具有操作简便、固定牢靠的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research anatomical type plate fixation femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated and curative effect.Methods The clinical May 2007 until October 2009 using anatomical type plate fixation treatment of 38 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients and follow-up investigation.Results All cases follow-up 9～24 months,average 11 months,fracture healing,joint function all quite satisfactory.Conclusion Dissection type plate fixation femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated is one of the ideal method,especially suitable for people with easy operation,and the advantages of fixed firm.更多还原
