龙虾壳中提取D-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐的工艺研究

【摘要】 用龙虾壳为原料制备甲壳素,甲壳素经硫酸水解,再纯化制取D-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐。实验探讨了硫酸浓度、甲壳素与浓硫酸质量比、水解温度和水解时间等因素对产率的影响,通过工艺条件的优化,D-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐的产率得到了有效的提高.由实验得出了制取D-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐的最佳工艺条件:硫酸浓度为10mol.L-1,投料比为甲壳素:硫酸=1:6(质量比),水解温度为95℃,水解时间为4h,洗脱剂和析晶剂为95%乙醇,活性炭脱色时所用量为粗产品质量的4%。

【Abstract】 Preparing the D-glucosamine sulfate,first we prepared chitin from the shell of lobster,and then hydrolyzed it with sulfuric acid,after purified.We got the final product.The experiment explored the factors which affects the yield,including the concentration of sulfuric acid,the mass ratio of chitin with sulfuric acid,hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time.The productivity of D-glucosamine sulfate is improved effectively through the optimization of process conditions.The optimal preparation conditions are as follows: the concentration of sulfuric acid is 10 mol.L?1;the feed ratio of chitin and sulfuric acid is 1:6(mass ratio);the hydrolysis temperature is 95℃;the hydrolysis time is 4 hours;the eluant and crystallization agent is ethanol of 95% and the amount of activated carbon is 4% to the amount of crude product.
