艾叶总黄酮的提取及含量测定

【摘要】 目的建立艾叶总黄酮含量的测定方法并用此方法优化艾叶的提取方法。以芦丁为标准品,采用紫外分光光度法对艾叶提取物中的主要成分黄酮类化合物的含量进行测定。结果芦丁的线性范围为5.800~58.000μg/ml,回归方程为:A=0.0118C+0.0133,r=0.9991。结论紫外分光光度法可以作为艾叶总黄酮的质量控制方法之一,用95%乙醇提取所得的提取物中,黄酮类化合物的含量较高。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for the determination of total contents of flavonoids in Folium Artemisiae Argyi,use this method to find a good way to obtain flavoniods in Folium Artemisiae Argyi.Methods The total contents of flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry by using the standard of rutin.Result The linear ranges of rutin was 5.800~58.000μg/ ml,and regressi on equation was A = 0.0118C+0.0133,r = 0.9991.Conclusion UV to determine the tota1 contents of flavonoids in Folium Artemisiae Argyi,the total contents of flavonoids in powder obtained by 95% alcohol is high.
