【摘要】 目的探讨银芩胶囊中黄芩苷的含量及测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱C18柱,流动相为甲醇-磷酸-四氢呋喃(45:55:6)(磷酸为pH=2.7的磷酸水溶液),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长280nm。结果黄芩苷进样量在3.7～29.6μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线Y=57417x-31303,γ=0.9998,平均回收率为98.89%,RSD=0.62%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the baicalin in Yinqin Jiaonang.Methods HPLC method has been developed.The moble phase was CH3OH-H2O-Tetrahydrofuran (THF) (45:55:6) (H3PO4,pH=2.7).The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.The detective wavelength was 280nm.Results The linear concentration range of baicalin was 3.7～29.6μg/ml,the calibration curve wasY=57417x-31303,γ=0.9998,the average recovery standard deviation was 98.89%,and RSD was 0.62% (n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of baicalin.更多还原
