【摘要】 目的:分析我院抗高血压药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)方法,对我院2008—2010年抗高血压药使用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院抗高血压药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额最大的是缬沙坦,用药频率最大的是硝苯地平,药物利用指数(DUI)>1的品种占51.85%,限定日费用(DDC)从0.47到9.25,相差19.68倍。结论:我院抗高血压药的应用基本符合安全、有效、经济的用药原则,兼顾不同层次需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital for reference of clinical rational drug use.METHODS: The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 was analyzed statistically by using definite daily dose(DDD) method recommended by WHO.RESULTS: The consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital increased year by year,with valsartan showing the highest consumption sum and Nifedipine showing the highest DDDs.Of all the antihypertensive drugs,51.85% had their DUI of greater than 1.The defined daily cost(DDC) ranged from 0.47 Yuan to 9.25 Yuan(with a maximum difference of 19.68 times).CONCLUSION: The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically in line with the principle of safe,effective and economical drug use and it also gives consideration to the needs of patients at different levels.更多还原
