【摘要】 目的:为临床药师开展临床药学服务的内容和方法提供参考。方法:对临床药师在心内科和心胸外科病区开展的药学实践工作进行分析与总结。结果与结论:临床药师深入病区,加入临床治疗团队,开展药学服务,为医师提供药品信息,为临床用药提出合理化建议,为患者进行用药指导,能够成为医生的助手。临床药师应不断提高知识水平、工作能力,积累经验,为临床提供更加优良的药学服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for clinical pharmacists regarding the contents and approach of developing clinical pharmaceutical care.METHODS: Clinical pharmacists’ pharmaceutical practice in the cardiovascular department and cardiothoracic surgery were analyzed and summarized.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists serve as assistants of clinicians by going to ward to join into clinical treatment team,carry out pharmaceutical care and provide drug information for clinicians,offer suggestions for clinical rational drug use and medication guidance for patients.Clinical pharmacists should improve their knowledge level and working ability meanwhile accumulating working experience so as to provide better clinical pharmaceutical care.更多还原
