【摘要】 目的:调查湖北省天门市第一人民医院住院患者抗菌药物应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2009年1—12月出院病历,每科室40份共840份,对抗菌药物的应用情况进行统计分析。结果:本院住院患者抗菌药物使用率为73.2%,其中预防用药占63.4%,治疗用药占36.6%,标本送检率为62.6%,合理用药率为65.0%,联合用药率为12.7%。使用频率较高的品种为头孢呋辛钠、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦钠、头孢噻吩钠。结论:我院抗菌药物的应用还存在许多不合理现象,必须采取措施进一步规范抗菌药物的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of antibiotics in the inpatients of Hubei Tianmen Municipal First People’s Hospital so as to promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS:A total of 840 discharge medical records(40 from each department) from January to December in 2009 were randomly selected for statistical analysis regarding the use of antibiotics.RESULTS:The rate of antibiotic use in our hospital was 73.2%,with prophylactic use accounting for 63.4% and therapeutic medication 36.6%.The tests rate of specimens was 62.6%;the rate of rational drug use was 65.0% and the rate of combined drug use was 12.7%.Cefuroxime sodium,Cefoperazone/Sulbactam and Cefalothinesodium were more frequently used than other antibiotics.CONCLUSION:The use of antibiotics in our hospital is somewhat irrational,therefore,measures should be taken to further standardize the use of antibiotics.更多还原
