【摘要】 目的:通过对哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院眼科2007—2009年抗菌药物应用情况的调查分析,评价眼科近3年抗菌药物的应用状况和用药的合理性。方法:利用我院计算机管理软件(HIS系统)检索,调取并统计2007—2009年数据(药品规格、出库数量和金额),采用限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、排序比等对其进行回顾统计分析。结果:抗菌药物的消耗占药品消耗总金额的比例均小于50%,其中,β-内酰胺类从2007年的29.80%上升为2009年54.84%,相应的β-内酰胺酶抑制剂及其复方制剂、碳青霉烯类和氟喹诺酮类的构成比逐年下降。结论:眼科抗菌药物的合理性应用逐年改善,但仍然存在问题,应进一步规范抗菌药物的应用,保证用药更安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the status quo and rationality of using antibiotics in ophthalmic department of our hospital by investigating the antibiotic use between 2007 and 2009 in the First Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University.METHODS: The antibiotic use data including drug specifications,consumption quantity and consumption sum of antibiotics in ophthalmic department of our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were retrieved by using computer management software(HIS system) and analyzed retrospectively using defined daily dose(DDD),DDDs and order ratio etc.RESULTS: The proportions of antibiotic consumption in the total during the 3 years were all less than 50.00%,with that of β-lactamase classes rose to 54.84% in 2009 from 29.80% in 2007.However,the proportions of the corresponding β-lactamase inhibitors and its compound preparations,carbapenems and quinolones showed a year-on-year reduction.CONCLUSION: The rationality of the antibiotic use in ophthalmic department has been improving year by year yet it is far from perfect,thus the use of antibiotics should be further standardized to ensure safe and effective use of antibiotics.更多还原
